ALINA AVDYUKOVA
  • Alina Avdyukova is a Kundalini Activation master and retreat leader based in Bali.
  • She has guided 2,000+ people through Kundalini Activation, offering trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware spaces that prioritize safety, embodiment, and integration.
  • Alina’s work blends grounded presence with intuitive guidance, helping people release trauma, initiatetransformation, gain inner clarity and reconnect with their life force.

  • Divyangana Choudhary is a certified Health Coach specializing in Hormone & Gut Health with an Ayurveda focus.
  • She completed 1,750 hours of Hatha Yoga training at the Isha Yoga Center.

  • She teaches Anatomy & Ayurveda and works with clients with chronic health conditions.

ANSHU
ANSHU KUMAR
  • Anshul is a yoga teacher with over 700 hours of training in Rishikesh.
  • He combines yoga, sound healing, and flute music to create calming spaces.
  •  Anshul focuses on living in harmony with nature and himself.
ARRIFAH
ARIFFAH HARTMAN
  • Ariffah is a 200hr certified Yoga teacher specializing in Alignment Flow at Moana, focusing on biomechanics, joint integrity, breath mechanics, and nervous system awareness, influenced by her Pilates background.

  • She creates inclusive and grounded classes that are beginner-friendly yet refining for all levels, with emphasis on core organization, joint health, and mindful embodiment.

  • Outside of teaching, she curates wellness experiences, facilitates community circles, and explores creative expression through movement, sound, and visual storytelling.

  • Max has been teaching yoga for over 12 years, specializing in power yoga, strength-based flows, and yin.
  • In the last five months, he has also been focusing on mat Pilates classes to support strength and body awareness.
  • His classes combine strength, mobility, and mindful movement for a balanced practice.

  • RajMohan is an expert in Ayurveda; healing people from Dosha Imbalance; Lifestyle modifications,better Sleep routine as well Detox Consultations.
  • He can heal people from ADHD, Insomnia, Stress, Menopause, Hormonal imbalances, Skin disorders to name a few.
  • He is also a good orator hence at ease to spread Ayurveda, Yoga philosophy and Spirituality.
  • He specializes to bring calmness, relaxation to the  clients through Pranayama/ Breathing techniques.
REGINA
REGINA JENNER
  • Regina is a holistic practitioner combining Yoga, Reiki, Jyotish astrology, and spiritual practices with a grounded modern approach.

  • She is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 300) experienced in Vinyasa and Ashtanga, integrating movement, breath, and energy awareness.

  • Her Balanced Vinyasa class focuses on alignment and breath, supporting strength, balance, and mobility—suitable for beginners and mixed levels.

    • Regine is a certified yoga teacher with 200-hour training in Rishikesh, India, and years of personal practice. 
    • Her classes focus on presence, breath, and alignment, inspired by yogic philosophy and Sanskrit, while staying fun and accessible for all levels. 
    • She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga Half Primary, Yin, and creative flows, balancing strength and surrender, flow and stillness.

  • Certified & Experienced Yoga Teacher. RYT 500+ with 5+ years of international teaching experience.

  • Background in elite military training and personal fitness.

  • Focus on body–mind connection for deep, impactful practice.

SIERRA SIRI
  • Sierra Siri Prakash is a KRI certified Global Lead Trainer in Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with over 30 years of practice and a presence-based teaching approach.

  • She has 1,000+ hours of training and 1,000+ hours of teaching experience, focusing on nervous system safety and awareness.

  • With degrees in Special Education and Holistic Nutrition, she teaches with empathy and an integrated wellness perspective.

  • Her background includes KRI & Yoga Alliance (500 RYT), Level One & Two Lead Trainer roles, Reiki, and 500 hours of bodywork training.

JULIYA LIGHT

    • Began her yoga journey through Tibetan Alternative Medicine & Sivananda traditions across India, Egypt, and Bali.

    • Yoga Alliance Trainer certified in Hatha-Vinyasa, Advanced Vinyasa, and Yin Chinese Medicine, with studies in Tantra, Acro, Aerial, Ashtanga, Yin Unwiring, and Womb Wisdom.

    • Osteopathy & Thai Massage certified, with 19 years training and 10 years teaching, teaching at The Yoga Barn Ubud since 2021.
