GENTLE FLOW

YIN
This gentle Yin Yoga class holds poses for longer periods to target deep connective tissues, release tension, and improve mobility. With mindful breathing and stillness, it calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and restores balance—suitable for all levels.
YIN TIBETAN SOUNDBATH
A Yin Tibetan Sound Bath blends long-held Yin yoga poses with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. This deeply restorative practice invites stillness, releases tension, calms the nervous system, and restores energetic balance—guiding you into profound relaxation and inner harmony.
ASHTANGA BEGINNERS
Ashtanga Beginners (75 minutes) introduces the fundamentals of the Primary Series, focusing on breath, alignment, strength, and flexibility. With guided instruction and modifications, this class builds a strong foundation and confidence for those new to Ashtanga yoga.
ASHTANGA MYSORE
Ashtanga Mysore (90 minutes) is a self-paced practice following the traditional Ashtanga sequence, guided by an experienced instructor. Suitable for all levels, students receive personalized support while building strength, flexibility, and a meditative flow.
ASHTANGA PRIMARY LED
Ashtanga Led (75 minutes) is a guided class through the traditional Primary Series, linking breath with dynamic movement. Suitable for all levels, it builds strength, flexibility, and focus while offering modifications and challenges for every practitioner.
